State Street Master Plan Pop-Up Events

The City invites the public to attend upcoming tabling events at the local Santa Barbara Certified Farmers Market to review the State Street Master Plan and provide input. Community members are encouraged to visit the City’s table, learn more about the Master Plan, ask questions, and share feedback that will help guide future planning efforts. This outreach opportunity is intended to support an informed and collaborative process, and the City welcomes all community members to participate. 

The first outreach event will take place at the Downtown Santa Barbara Farmers Market, located in the 00 W and 00 E Blocks of Carrillo Street and the 900–1000 Blocks of State Street, on Saturday, June 13, 2026, from 9:00–11:00 AM.
